What is it about?
When people from different professions learn together and from each other we call this interprofessional learning. Current discourse suggests that interprofessional learning is a good thing, particularly for those professions who tend to work together. One way we can measure people's 'readiness' to learn with and from each other is with the RIPLS scale. We wanted to know how reliable the scale is so we undertook an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis.
