What is it about?
We assessed moxifloxacin activity against anaerobes isolated from blood. 81% of Bacteroides spp. and 48% of anaerobes other than Bacteroides were resistant to moxifloxacin (EUCAST criteria). 41% of Bacteroides spp. and 35% of anaerobes other than Bacteroides were resistant to moxifloxacin (CLSI criteria).
