What is it about?
How can public relations practitioners in diversified environments have quality communication and relationships with local publics? This study found that practitioners' open-mindedness, empathy, and flexibility greatly reduce their anxiety and uncertainty when communicating with local publics. These practitioners also tend to pay attention to local publics' feedback and equal communication. With such practices, relational quality becomes the natural outcome.
