Why is it important?

This information is important because rural nurses are not frequently involved in policy development. Their thoughts about the process will assist for anyone wanting to involve them in the future. If policy is to be implemented effectively the users need to be involved in its development.

Perspectives

I felt this was a fabulous opportunity to work with rural nurses. I appreciate the unique nature of their work and want to ensure that their voices are heard.
