Why is it important?

It suggests that critical, evidence-based self-reflection can contribute to teacher's understanding of practice. It also shows how teachers can re-examine critical incidents using autoethnography.

Perspectives

This was a very personal piece as it involved me looking back and reflecting on my own 'professional high point' or 'the best course I ever taught'. In doing so, my own understandings of that class were challenged and altered.
