What is it about?

Sleep difficulties are common problems after brain injury. Our study showed that participants with brain injury had improved sleep quality after 8 sessions of psychological treatment called cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Participants who were younger, had better memories, and were more depressed at the start of treatment, were more likely to benefit from the CBT treatment.
