Many have described the Russians in Africa as loosers, but they have returned to the continent, and they are slowly getting into a better position than at any time during the Cold War.

Why is it important?
Those who deal with Russian foreign and security policy should know the activities and interests of the Russians in Africa. In many cases, it supports the European policy of the Russian government and, in this way, seeks to increase its international influence too.
Perspectives
I hope that with this article, many people will understand better what is important for Russia to regain its former African positions and even more if it is possible.This has a serious impact on international politics and the European Union too.
