What is it about?

This brief report provides initial evidence of the importance of emerging adults engaging in social leisure (socializing with friends, engaging in social, religious, or recreation activities) - emerging adults who engaged in social leisure reported fewer symptoms of depression. When emerging adults engage in social leisure, they reported greater perceptions of having support from their peers, which in turn, was linked to fewer symptoms of depression.
