What is it about?
The Revised Prenatal Coping Inventory (Nu PCI) is a self-report instrument that focuses on the coping styles of pregnant women during the prenatal period. The present study aimed to translate the scale and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Iranian version of the Nu PCI in healthy pregnant women.

Why is it important?
The Nu PCI has successfully translated into Persian, content validity, and the internal consistency was approved for the total scale and both subscales. Confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) revealed that the conceptual three-factor structure of measure had an acceptable and good fit indices.The Persian version of the Nu PCI is a reliable and valid instrument for measuring coping during pregnancy in Persian speaker country.
