What is it about?

People diagnosed with schizophrenia report their subjective experiences after participating in an exercise program that included both cycling and strength exercises designed to improve physical and mental health. The results highlight the need for an out-of-hospital exercise program as a beneficial adjunct to usual care for people with schizophrenia to improve overall health.
