The aim of this scoping review of the available research evidence was to explore the experiences and perceptions of people with mental health difficulties through the use of blogs

Why is it important?
To better understand and learn how online narratives can shed light on often previously unheard experiences of people with mental health problems, and their experiences of and attitudes toward receiving care. Consequently, there is the potential that collated findings can offer an evidence base to inform interventions, outreach and further research.
