The statistical results indicated that trust significantly mediates the relationship between organisational justice and OCB as well as the dimensions of organisational justice and OCB with various degrees of mediating effects.

These findings have provided new insights in the organisational behaviour discipline and shed light on trust’s mediation in the relationship of organisational justice and OCB.

Perspectives

I hope this article could provide some new insight or ideas to researchers for their future research. By producing this empirical results, it is able to furnish several important implications in both practical and theoretical aspects. I believe that this research study would benefit all parties and useful for researchers to further their study in the field of organisational citizenship behaviour.
