The effect of religiosity on income is addressed taking Cross-country heterogeneity and correlations into account.

Why is it important?
It is the first time this relationship is assessed taking country heterogeneity and common factors into account. And despite of previous results showing a positive effect of religiosity on income, when we addressed these issues religiosity comes out to be non-significant in determining income.
