What is it about?
In this paper we discuss a study that looked at the relationship between how people feel about opportunities provided by their employer to play at work and how these perceptions relate to aspects of their engagement as employees.

Why is it important?
Our work and non-work lives are more intertwined than ever before and employers are trying to strategically find ways to address this overlap including providing opportunities for employees to engage in non-work leisure type activities at work. We wanted to understand better how these activities influence employee engagement.
