What is it about?

A review article which highlights the recent advances of harnessing neuroplasticity through the means of inducing neurogenesis, reducing neuroinflammation, or through the clearance of toxic and waste proteins which may be derogatory to the nervous system. Such attempts may be carried out via the administration of drugs, physical exercise regimens, and surgical interventions.
