Why is it important?

Use of lasers for vaginal treatments is relatively new approach, for which a majority of professional associations is claiming that safety is not yet well established. This survey covering 43 countries and giving the feedback of more than 113.000 patients for the 8 years of use showed that non-ablative ErYAG laser vaginal therapies are extremely safe.

Perspectives

I believe this survey - the biggest about the safety of the use of vaginal lasers so far - will help the general acceptance of this new, exciting technology.
