What is it about?
We measure tear meniscus area and a condition called conjunctivachalasis using noninvasive objective imaging.

Why is it important?
Conjunctivochalasis or excessive parallel folds of conjunctiva is very common and affects tear function and contribute to dry eye. However, objective evaluation of this condition is difficult. Here we use a relatively unbiased population based sample and the cirus ASOCT to achieve this.
