We undertook an anthropological and historical approach to explaining the entrepreneurial mindset in the Māori community and examined a sample of Māori entrepreneurs.

Culture can be a formidable strategic weapon for entrepreneurial performance when its values align with the work. The Māori film and screen entrepreneurs provide a great example.
