Describes the role of Rab35 in TCR transport for the Immune Synapse formation

Featured Image

Why is it important?

Two models explain the accumulation of the TCR at the Immune Synapse, one is lateral movement of proteins at the membrane and the other involves intracellular transport in vesicles, we showed that Rab35 is important for the second mechanism

Perspectives

When we publish this paper there was no Rab described as important for the Immune Synapse formation we described a functional pair (Rab-Rab-GAP) working on this important topic
