What is it about?
Determination of the damping coeffcient for the interaction between water waves and mud on current presence. The results show that the current influence according to their propagation direction increase or decrease the water velocity profiles and therefore the damping coefficient

Why is it important?
The importance of this work is the demostration of the damping water waves for the presence of mud and marine currents, which is very uses for international ships in storms cases due to decrease of the free surface and therefore these areas are very safe.
