What is it about?
This research is about delamination (separation of kaoline layers) by grafting and intercalation combinations. Influence of those process sequences in combination toward color, functional groups, and kaline delamication was studied. It is part of my research by funding of DPP-SPP 2019 and I have presented my this research in ICOMMET 2020 (ITS Indonesia)

Why is it important?
Grafting and intercalation has different chemical interaction with surface of kaoline, i.e. the chemical bonding and chemical force, respectively. Different sequence of both process may influence success of kaoline delamination
