What is it about?
Martini is a widespread coarse-grained force field. We extend its application to thermosensitive polymers, taking poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) as an example. Also, we introduce different potentials for meso- and racemic diads, thus implementing the concept of stereoregularity for the first time in Martini.
