What is it about?
For demanding multifunctional compounds, zinc oxide (ZnO) has indeed been one of the most critical materials. This paper describes the fundamental nature of how the properties of ZnO change due to temperature. Careful analyses in terms of the way to synthesis and characterizations are presented.
