Provided a new fixed time stability theorem and provided a detailed mathematical proof. Considered the calculation of convergence time in four scenarios, including existing fixed time theorems, and was faster than them. A new fixed time sliding mode control algorithm has been proposed and proven to satisfy the fixed time stability theorem.
