What is it about?

Bismuth and antimony tellurides are promising semiconductor compounds that have found application in solid-state electronics. In particular, they have proven to be reliable materials for the manufacture of thermoelectric cooling devices. Therefore, we have studied the physicochemical and thermoelectric properties of low-substitution alloys (Bi1.3Sb0.7Te3)1-x(InTe)x.
