combined cycle power plant play an important role to generate power therefore this paper examines the parameters influence on the generated power and how it can increased in the same time examines the destruction rate between the components of CCPP by exergy analysis.

Why is it important?
our findings show that one of the best solution to reduce the exergy destruction rate in combustion chamber in the same time increase the power of gas turbine can be achieved by increasing turbine inlet temperature while on the opposite side increasing ambient temperature increase the exergy destruction in combustion chamber and reduction the efficiency of CCPP.
