What is it about?

The dynamically developing FoodTech market offers such food products that can benefit the health of consumers. The creation of such food products requires a special approach that should take into account not only the composition and properties of all ingredients, but also the various interactions between them. We have proposed a methodology that can be effectively used to create new food products for the FoodTech market.

Why is it important?

We propose actively using computer programs for modeling food products. In computer modeling, each food product should be considered as a system that has several structural levels. At each level, you can get optimal models that together allow you to create a food product with high quality. The presented methodology opens up wide possibilities for predicting the properties and creation of food products with specified characteristics.

Perspectives

I am sure that all food products in the future will be created using computer modeling. The methodology proposed in the article has already been used by me together with co-authors and technologists of industrial enterprises to create unique food products with high quality. Therefore, I have no doubt that the methodology can become the basis for a whole generation of new food products.
