What is it about?
This paper investigates the novel active flow control device known as the ‘fluidic oscillator’. The device has high potential use within areas such as cooling and flow control. In order to expand a fundamental understanding of the device and its potential, this computational study examines flow characteristics of the device when it is installed at varied installation angles in the presence of a crossflow.
