What is it about?
There are few reports on SbSI fabrication and its application to solar cells. Here we introduced simple method for SbSI fabrication and applied it to thin film solar cells.

Why is it important?
Our finding shows that our method is powerful not only to fabicate SbSI but also to control its key features for solar cells applications.
Perspectives
Our method can be applicable to fabrication of other various chalcohalides.
