I think the research offers an opportunity to see misalignment between policies and practices.This gives an opportunity for other researchers to examine the distinction between the two sectors in their own context based on an available source of government information on the subject.

Perspectives

Though increasing similarities between public and private institutions are being claimed in the wider literature little work is available in terms of such investigations based on higher education laws.
