What is it about?

Our meta-analysis showed that low dose corticosteroids were as effective as high dose corticosteroids in the reduction of COVID-19 mortality rate. Our review showed no significant difference in reduction of mortality rate between high dose and low dose corticosteroids. High dose corticosteroids do not pose higher risk of hyperglycemia and infection rate for COVID-19 patients.
