What is it about?
Children who are deaf/hard of hearing show differences in how they use language and vocabulary compared to children with typical hearing. This study explored how children who are DHH used mental state verbs, which are required to use more complex language forms. Analysis compared differences in the frequency, word diversity and syntactical structure to children with typical hearing.
