What is it about?
Recently, the literature has witnessed a surging interest regarding the use of mind-body approaches with people who have aphasia. In this paper, key stakeholders, including survivors, co-survivors, and a clinician share their personal narratives regarding their yoga journey, to help identify how yoga helped them with their stroke recovery. Ultimately, we hope this paper helps clinicians understand how yoga might benefit their patients.
