Update on Preservice Training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication for Speech-Language Pathologists

What is it about?

This is a report of the data from a current survey of academic programs in the United States who provide graduate training in augmentative and alternative communication for speech-language pathologists. A comparison of these findings to the last reported survey, advances made, and areas still in need of attention to meet the growing demands are discussed.
