What is it about?
Listening fatigue is defined as a type of mental fatigue that greatly affects people's quality of life, especially in situations that create listening problems, such as the presence of hearing loss. Why is it important?
This study demonstrated that the Turkish version of the Vanderbilt Fatigue Scale for Adults is a reliable and valid tool for assessing listening fatigue in adults. We also believe that this scale will provide unique information for researchers and clinicians seeking to improve the quality of life of adults with hearing loss by assessing adults' fatigue experiences in a way that general fatigue scales cannot.
