What is it about?

Lateralization speech sound errors often persist and are difficult to treat, This research describes speech-language pathologists beliefs about the causes and treatment of lateralization errors. Specific challenges to treatment are described which imply a need for lateralization research to consider the real-world treatment difficulties clinicians face when treating lateralization errors.

Perspectives

This article has five student authors, which I hope shows current speech-language pathology students that research and publication is not only for established researchers. Students are the future of our profession. Reading and supporting their research work makes the profession stronger.
