What is it about?

Thermoresponsive lipid nanoparticles (TLN) cross blood brain barrier and kill glioblastoma cells more efficiently than conventional SLN and NLC. They remain solid and liquid to perform targeting activity, therefore, a new term of TLN is coined differentiate from intrinsically solid, SLN or NLC, and liquid, nanoemulsions.

Why is it important?

Enhanced glioblastoma cells killing, enhanced permeability by TLN

Perspectives

TLN have great potential to cross biological barriers and treat cancer.
