What is it about?
We demonstrated the use of a THF-water solvent system for the LC-MS determination of five antiretrovral drugs in huma plasma. The advantages of a THF-water solvent system which have been demonstrated previously in this study include ease of de-clustering of solvent molecules from charged droplets during electrospray ionization.
