What is it about?
Calcium is an important biologically signalling species involved in almost all biological process from life to death. There is lot of interest in developing molecules which can interfere with calcium signaling. We have made a library of molecules that can interfere with calcium release

Why is it important?
Adenophostin is the most potent agonist of IP3 receptor. However synthesis of adenophostin and analogs is very tedious and time taking. We have addressed this problem by making a library of very potent adenophostin analogs using click chemistry.
