Why is it important?
Adenophostin is the most potent agonist of IP3 receptor. However synthesis of adenophostin and analogs is very tedious and time taking. We have addressed this problem by making a library of very potent adenophostin analogs using click chemistry.
Perspectives
This is the first synthesis of a library of highly potent IP3 receptor agonists.
