What is it about?
A tutorial review on the use Electronic Circular Dichroism (ECD) to identify and quantify the most stable conformations of organic molecules. Several literature examples are discussed step by step to learn how conformations impact ECD spectra and -conversely- how one can analyse ECD spectra for helping the determination of solution structures.
