What is it about?
Autocatalysis is a fundamental requirement for molecular self-organization to make far-from-equilibrium dynamics, a well-known example is living-system. Here, autocatalytic multi-molecular reproduction system is realized. As far as we know, this is the secondary example of micellar/vesicular autocatalytic reproduction systems, and the first example to show the autocatalytic behavior clearer. Here, the vesicular self-reproduction behavior continue under non-equilibrium condition in which precursor supplied.

Why is it important?
Reports on vesicular re-production got a large attraction from the viewpoint of a chemical model of cell-division. However, most of all studies on vesicular self-reproduction, including highly-cited articles, do NOT have auto-catalytic properties. Autocatalytic property is a fundamental requirement for modeling living-systems: Autocatalysis is a chemical dynamics that constructs steady repetitive multi-molecular dynamics, namely self-organization – a principle to link micro-dynamics to macro-dynamics.
