What is it about?
Using gene expression analysis of Blood from Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Patients, we tried to identify the limited number of genes that describe the progression of DHF.

Why is it important?
Using PCA based unsupervised FE, we identified 46 genes whose two dimensional space spanned by PC can describe DHF progression well.
