What is it about?
Existing EWAS only cover 2% of all CpGs in teh genome. EWASplus enables EWAS to be performed on all CpGs in the genome, which can significantly boost the discovery power of EWAS so new biomedical insights can be gained. In this study, we found kinased are enrichment among genes located with the significant CpGs found by EWASplus when applied to multple brain regions of AD corhorts.
