What is it about?

Why is it important?

Many healthcare providers report feeling underprepared to have discussions around trauma with their patients. It is for that reason that the authors designed this educational activity designed for multidisciplinary healthcare learners that addressed these limitations with a particular focus on offering a number of different lenses to understand trauma (intergenerational, historical, complex, etc). We make a number of recommendations on how to further this work and we highlight the need to further research the degree to which TIC has been incorporated across medical and residency curricula.
