What is it about?
Job crafting describes proactive employee behaviors that shape and modify work design and working conditions. Through these proactive changes, employees can enhance their work engagement. Work engagement, a positive indicator of occupational well-being, is known to further relate positively to the psychophysiological outcomes of autonomic nervous system (ANS) activity, parasympathetic activity in particular. This study investigated the possible beneficial psychophysiological outcomes of a six-week job crafting eLearning intervention.
