What is it about?
Work stress is one of the most research areas in the I-O field. In this study we look at the pattern and trends of research over a period of 19 years using bibliometric analyses. In general, we identify two camps: the psycho-social camp and the medico-physiological camp. Both camps need to 'speak' more together in joint research projects to provide a more holistic understanding of work stress.
