What is it about?

Why is it important?

The results revealed that both the pressure to produce quickly and shared concerns about job security among workers were linked to increased cognitive problems at work, which, in turn, led to more workplace injuries. Importantly, when employees experienced both high production pressure and job insecurity, they encountered even more cognitive issues.
