What is it about?
This article looks at how online health platforms today do much more than merely providing information to participants. On the occasion of two examples, PatientsLikeMe and CureTogether, this editorial discusses how some people share very personal information on such online platforms. It discusses the opportunities and the possible unintended consequences of this version of online health.
