What is it about?

There is quite a lot known about living with CRPS but this article asks where does CRPS fit into a model of living with chronic pain?

Why is it important?

There is scant qualitative research in CRPS which focuses only on living with the condition. Until more is known, the voice of the patient remains unheard.

Perspectives

This article acknowledges the lack of research focusing purely on what CRPS is like to live with. It provides a model of living with chronic pain from loss to making informed choices to acceptance.
