Why is it important?
For the first time objective methods like Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) was used in a new cascaded manner where output of AHP is used as the input of ANN. First time an indicator based method was used in location selection that also for wave energy converter.
Perspectives
This publication opens a new path for selection of ideal location for installation of Wave Energy Converters which uses a new AHP-ANN method for objectively but cognitively select ideal locations for WTPs.
